With today’s bowsers and technology, a lot of memory is needed. Not hard drive memory but RAM. Typical computers in 2022 come with 8 Gb RAM. If you want to have a computer prepared for the next 3-5 years or you are a power user, you should have 16 Gb RAM. A power user is someone that had multiple Chrome (browser) tabs and other programs open. I currently have 8 Chrome tabs open, and they are using 1Gb of memory. YouTube in a browser alone can use over 600Mb of RAM. When it comes to editing video 32 Gb is preferred.
