Google Workplace seems to be the preferred email provider for many start up companies that do not need to integrate with corporations and governmental organizations. We had two customers call in back to back days about Outlook constantly closing after 30 Seconds. Here are the steps we did for routine Outlook help with the final solution.
- Install Windows updates
- Install office updates
- Removed unnecessary Outlook plugins
- Perform PST Scan and Repair
- Uninstalled Google Apps Sync products

This has been the only time that Google Apps Sync has failed clients in the more than 15 years that we have deployed it for customers.
